I make every effort to describe our services sincerely and accurately. Please be mindful and read all the details carefully before making a purchase. You are also welcome to schedule a free consultation session prior to making a purchase. Thank you.
Refunds

My aim is to be as helpful as I can. If, at any time, you feel that coaching is not meeting your needs, please let me know so we can discuss any changes that might be required. You have the right to terminate our agreement if it does not meet your needs and you will be refunded for any paid-for future sessions (but not for any sessions that already occurred.)
Right to Refuse Service
I reserve the right to refuse service to anyone demonstrating inappropriate behavior.
24 Hour Reschedule Policy
I understand that due to your busy schedule you may have to reschedule a session/workshop.
In order to respect our time, I simply ask that you notify me of a reschedule at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled session/workshop.
If you are late more than 15 minutes to a session, the session may be canceled and counted as a missed session. Thank you for respecting our time.
Online Booking and Scheduling
All sessions/must be paid in full (or enrolled in a payment plan) prior to scheduling.
Gift Certificate Policy

Gift certificates never expire.
